Idaho Hunting Trips
Mystic Saddle Ranch offers a variety of hunting options and locations. Hunt deer and elk in the highly desirable area of central Idaho. The hunt services range from fully guided hunts in the Jim McClure- Jerry Peak Wilderness to drop camps in the Stanley Basin area to meat packing services in Unit 36.
Mystic Saddle Ranch’s hunting areas range from the mountains outside of Challis, Idaho near the East Fork of the Salmon River to the rugged and iconic terrain by the Sawtooth Mountains near Stanley, Idaho. Enjoy views of the White Cloud, Pioneer and Sawtooth Mountains from the back of a steady, back country savvy horse while chasing rutting elk and impressive mule deer.
When booking an outfitted hunt service, Mystic Saddle Ranch has allocated tags for each hunt option. The cost of the tag and license is separate from the outfitted cost and is set by the state. Hunters that draw their own tags may still inquire for outfitted services from Mystic Saddle Ranch in units 36, 36A and 27.

Guided 8-Day Rifle Pack-In Elk Hunt – Unit 36A-2
A rare draw-only rifle hunt in a trophy unit where bulls are still bugling, with a fully packed-in wilderness base camp.
